Home Service Wallah connects customers with independent service professionals ("Vendors") for home maintenance and repair services such as AC repair, RO service, refrigerator repair, washing machine repair, kitchen chimney cleaning, geyser service, and related tasks. We act solely as a technology platform and do not directly provide the services.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Bookings are confirmed only after a vendor accepts the request.
• Prices are displayed on the platform and may include applicable taxes.
• Payment can be made via cash on delivery (COD) or online payment methods.
• Any additional charges must be agreed upon with the vendor before work begins.

• Bookings may be cancelled before the vendor has reached the location or started work.
• Cancellation after the vendor's arrival may incur a visiting charge.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Vendors are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and timeliness of the work performed. We do not guarantee the outcome of any service, though we strive to list only verified professionals. Any damage or loss caused by a vendor should be reported immediately; we will assist in dispute resolution but are not liable for the vendor's acts or omissions.

You agree not to misuse the platform by posting false reviews, harassing vendors, or attempting to manipulate bookings. We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend access for violations.

All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is the property of Home Service Wallah and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Service Wallah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh.
